It is not joke. Microsoft Taiwa has opened a Windows 7-themed restaurant called Hot Fried 77.

For the next two months, Microsoft is taking over 100 Seafood—a Taiwanese seafood restaurant—with a special, Windows 7 centric menu. Each dish runs $77 Taiwan, about $3 US or 270 Japanese Yen.
